At PhoneVilla, we are dedicated to ensuring that you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. While we cannot offer returns, we’re committed to providing a hassle-free, seamless replacement process for any issues you may encounter. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to offer the best possible service for a smooth experience.

We understand how important it is to receive the product you ordered in perfect condition, we starve to make that happen however there might be instances where If anything goes wrong—whether you’ve received the wrong item, a damaged product, or something that doesn’t fit—we’re here to make it right. Rest assured, we’ll offer you a quick and easy replacement.

What Qualifies for a Replacement?

We’ll happily replace your product if any of the following issues occur:

  • Wrong Product Delivered: If the item you received doesn’t match your order (wrong model, design, etc.).
  • Fitting Problems: If the product doesn’t fit your phone as expected due to size or model issues.
  • Damaged or Defective Item: If the product arrives damaged or is defective.
    Note -  If you have placed order for wrong phone model, then we are unable to do anything in such case, however still reach out to our support team.  

Hassle-Free Replacement Process

We’ve kept the process simple to make it as convenient as possible for you. If you face any issues, just contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your product. You can message us on WhatsApp or contact us or email us at support@phonevilla.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to share a video or images showing the problem with the product. An unboxing video is also helpful, so we encourage customers to record their unpacking experience. Once we have everything, we’ll process your replacement with no need for you to return the product.

Fast Replacement Delivery

Once the issue is verified, we’ll arrange a fast replacement for you. Whether it’s the same product or a new one of your choice, we’ll ensure it reaches you promptly within 7 business days. If a replacement isn’t possible or if you prefer not to receive one, we’re happy to offer a discount coupon or voucher for future purchases, however under no circumstances, we will be able to provide refunds. but would love to offer replacements as explained above.

Replacement Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and packaging must be intact.
  • Variations in screen color settings (brightness/contrast) are not covered under the replacement policy.
  • Incorrect expectations, due to not reading the product description or understanding the product is not covered.

We have made our Refund/Exchange policy simple and hassle free. 

You can exchange the product within the first 10 calendar days of the item's delivery if you have faced any of the following issues:

  • Product is defective and/or damaged.
  • Product is in different material and quality, than it is mentioned in the Product Descriptions for the product purchased by customer 
  • Product is not the same size/model of  doesn’t fit on your phone.

Product should be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it, it must be unused and in perfect condition.
- Product must be accompanied by the invoice.
- Any Customized product cannot be exchanged or returned as it can't be a subject of resell any more.
- You will get the exchanged product within 7 (business vs. calendar) days.

Important Notice 1: Since All monitors and all phone screens have different color configurations (brightness/contrast settings), Replacement in case of difference of colors will not be provided. Even if you look at the same photograph on 2 different phone screens, colors will look slightly different. We hope you will understand the slight difference of different monitor/screen colors :)

Important Notice 2: Please look at the reference photos on the product page to see how to product looks from top, bottom, and sides, in the banner images. There won't be any replacements in case you did not see side images and had different expectations. Rest be assured, the products are carefully designed to be protective from all  sides, the raised lip on top and bottom, protects the phone from any unusual fall there might happen.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

 

  • You Can apply for a refund over email while cancelling the order within 2-4 hours of order if you have placed the order mistakenly or have ordered wrong product.
  • Refund will be credited within 3-7 Working days through the same mode of payment using which the payment was made.
  • We will not provide refund for the Delivered Orders, However if you would like to  exchange it due to any issue mentioned above, We would love to help you with that. Check More in Exchanges below.
  • You can email us to cancel the order and if you have made the payment already, the refund will be made as mentioned above

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As well if you wish you can record the parcel video and also take the pictures. Just let us know for any issue with the product over email and we will help you further.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable/exchange items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized covers with your photo/desing), and personal keychains or any customized item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have got the wrong product, i.e issue with fitting, size, model, completely different color, We can help you with the exchange for the product.

Firstly we sincerely apologise for any such inconvenience as we can understand how’d you feeling at that moment. We would love to help you over there. 

For any exchanges you can contact us over email or contact us over whatsapp, Let us know the issue you are facing with the product, If you have any images/video, you can share that with us, We will help you with the exchange of the product, We will arrange the order pickup from the same address for you. The order will be picked and delivered to us.
We will help you with making a purchase for the same or another product within the same amount
If you wish to go for any product that is more than you have paid for, you can go for that we will help you with a coupon code to apply so you will be just paying the difference.
If you wish to get the same product, leave that to us we will deliver it for you within the time frame.

Note :  If by any chance we are unable to pick your order from your address, We will let you know over your contact method on whatsapp or email and if required we may call you and will advise you to send that to us at our contact address that will be shared with you, You can send the product to us with any nearby courier partner and you will be refunded the courier charges upto  RS100.
If you have made the payment while placing the order, then the refund in this case will be sent to the same method you had paid through. Or you can let us know the UPI or any other method you would like to get the refund for the couriers, For COD orders we will ask you for the UPI address or any other details and the money will be sent.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
