Cancel Order

HI there! Hope you are doing good : )
If unfortunately you have to cancel your order, please do so within 4 hours of placing the order an e-mail to support@phonevilla.in. We will deliver the same item you will order hence in this situation replace of order will not take place.

In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can easily cancel the order if you have mistakenly placed it. Cancel it by emailing us within first 4 hours.

What if I wish to cancel it after 4 hours?

Rest Assured if you have placed the order mistakenly and it's been more than 4 hours we still may cancel it for you. As we grant a 12 hours window before the order is processed so you can just contact us and we will check the best possible to help you cancelling it. 
Note : In this case if the order is for any personalised Items such as including custom photo/Design, If the order is already processed, We won't be able to cancel it for you.
